I graduated A&P School in Clearwater, FL on March 22, 2005. I found a job working primarily on King Air 90s, 100s and 200s in Oneida, TN. I was there about a year and a half but quit after a bit of a bad experience with the management and a couple co-workers. Ok, so things have been going alright at work. Though again like usual we are running into another issue with a shift war. It started a couple weeks back. Actually it probably started a little longer then a couple weeks ago, but its gotten more intense. At the moment I work night shift or we call swing shift. It seems that we have been doing more and more of the maintenance. We have our day shift who claims to try to work, but runs into all types of snags during the day. Then we have our mid shi...
