I am currently coming to the end of my enlistment in the USAF. I have been a backshop jet engine mechanic for 3 yrs (still have one year left) on the F101-102. I am in the process of getting my A&P but I have little Airframe experince. I have buddies on the flight line helping me get signed off on my core tasks on the airframe. I am searching for engine mechanic jobs and coming up with very little. I was wondering if anyone knows a good site to look or a place that is always looking for a go... Read More
I've been back in Alaska now for almost 4 months working for Evergreen Helicopters. I'm loving Anchorage, and even more loving my job! So I would like some of everybody's ideas about the war.
Moved back to Alaska(woohoo!) Wasn't able to get on track with getting my A&P right away, so now I am pulling Executive security for Conoco Phillips 12hrs a day 2wks on and 2wks off, kinda nice and gets the bills payed but thats about it, was wondering if someone could get me in contact with someone in the Anchorage, Alaska area that will hire someone with over 10 1/2 yrs H-60 experience and 4months T-45 Jet experience without having my A&P yet and williing to work at a lower rate t...
