The very first A380 of my ever beloved (ehem!!) company arrived last July 29, around  5:50pm and I was lucky to see it right on the top of my head when i stopped my company car with (5 arabs buddies) right in front of the Sheik Hangar, just perfect view for touchdown. This giant aircraft came from Hamburg. Then it was parked in front of our hangar for public viewing just before it would fly again on Friday, Aug. 1 to JFK. But on my last night of duty July 31, I came to know that the 380 was towed inside the hangar and as per what I heard... (whispering.... It has bleed valve problem..) Whew!! Well, I also heard some news from former colleagues in SQ that this dream aircraft of mine is giving them such massive problems, avionics wise.. As per my friends, it seems like the whole aircraft is a "NO GO Item" !! Hahahah! Anyways, the A380  flew last Friday and I had my last chance to see it parked on F13 Bay while my aircraft is taxiing on my way back to manila for short vacation. The truth is... i am not excited to go back to DXB!!!
