We are a company dedicated to finding and providing a skilled labor force for the aircraft industry. We give the aircraft industry the support they need by locating experienced aircraft mechanics that are ready and willing to work where needed.

The services we provide benefit not only the industry, but also the contractors supplying the skilled labor. We have very competitive pay scales, including bonuses and per dium. We provide assistance, when needed, in the process of moving from one facility to another (often changing the state, or even country, of residence for the person(s) involved), including paying travel bonuses and helping you find an establishment in which to live.

We are committed in every way to finding exceptional people to fill the vital role aircraft mechanics play in the maintenance field of the aircraft industry. We follow all FAA guidelines, including providing drug tests and ten year background checks for all employees upon approval for employment.

Our Staff here at Aircraft Workers Worldwide is composed of a group of dedicated professionals working towards a common goal, providing a service beneficial to both the airline industry as a whole and to the men and women that compose the highly trained workforce employed by the industry. For the airlines and repair stations we find the workers they need in as timely a fashion as we are able and with as little effort as possible on their part. On the other hand we provide contractors and their families with a stable and reliable income source. We offer bonuses and travel compensation and help the contractor make the transition as quickly and efficiently as possible.
